As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for Northlane: sourcing candidates, screening for English and skills, coordinating interviews, and helping us build one of the best workplaces for bilingual professionals in the DR.
This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, has a sharp eye for talent, and wants to shape a fast-growing team. This is an on-site role based in our Santo Domingo office, where you'll work side by side with the People & Talent team and hiring managers, with a direct impact on who joins Northlane and how we grow.
What you'll do
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and outreach
- Screen for English proficiency, skills, and culture fit
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged
- Manage the applicant pipeline and hiring data
- Partner with managers to understand role needs
What we're looking for
- Fluent, professional English and Spanish
- 2+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills
- Organized, responsive, and people-first
- Comfortable with applicant tracking systems
- Able to work on-site in Santo Domingo within our operating hours
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for BPO or call center roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
