As an SDR, you'll drive the top of the funnel for our clients: following up on inbound leads, doing outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments for their sales teams.
You'll thrive here if you're persistent, persuasive, and motivated by hitting targets, with the communication skills to make a great first impression every time. This is an on-site role based in our Santo Domingo office, where you'll work alongside a high-energy sales team and get ongoing coaching, scripts, and feedback to sharpen your skills every week.
What you'll do
- Follow up on inbound leads quickly and consistently
- Run outbound calls, emails, and messages to qualify prospects
- Book qualified appointments for clients' closers
- Keep the CRM and pipeline clean and up to date
- Hit weekly activity and booked-meeting targets
What we're looking for
- Fluent, professional English and Spanish
- 1+ year in sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling
- Confident on the phone and resilient with objections
- Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Comfortable with CRMs and outreach tools
- Able to work on-site in Santo Domingo within our operating hours
Nice to have
- Experience selling into the U.S. market
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo
