As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll represent a U.S. business as if you were part of their in-house team, helping their customers by phone, email, and chat. You'll resolve questions, schedule appointments, and keep every interaction warm and professional.
This is a great fit if you love helping people, communicate clearly in English and Spanish, and take pride in turning a frustrated customer into a happy one. This is a fully work-from-home role, so you'll need a quiet space, reliable internet of at least 20 Mbps, and a power backup (inverter) to stay online during outages. We'll give you the training, tools, and support you need to succeed from day one.
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer questions and issues, escalating when needed
- Schedule appointments and follow up on open requests
- Keep accurate notes and update the client's CRM
- Hit response-time and customer-satisfaction targets
What we're looking for
- Fluent, professional English (spoken and written) and Spanish
- 1+ year in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role
- Clear phone presence and strong written communication
- Comfortable using CRMs and help desk tools
- A quiet home workspace and a self-starter attitude
- Reliable internet of at least 20 Mbps and a power backup (inverter) to stay online during outages
- Flexibility to work a schedule within our operating hours, including some weekends and holidays
Nice to have
- Experience supporting U.S. customers
