As an Operations / Project Coordinator, you'll be the organizational backbone for a U.S. client, managing schedules, documents, and workflows so their projects move forward smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, follow-through, and turning chaos into clean, repeatable processes. This is an on-site role based in our Santo Domingo office, where you'll partner closely with client teams and internal managers to keep projects moving and quality standards high.
What you'll do
- Coordinate schedules, tasks, and deadlines across the client's team
- Manage documents, data entry, and project tracking
- Communicate updates and follow up with stakeholders
- Build and maintain SOPs and simple workflows
- Flag risks early and keep projects on time
What we're looking for
- Fluent, professional English and Spanish
- 2+ years in operations, admin, or project coordination
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with project and productivity tools
- Proactive communicator who owns outcomes
- Able to work on-site in Santo Domingo within our operating hours
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Asana, ClickUp, Monday, or Trello
